For the reseller, this means every product they now own answers the most common question in the market.

Position it as the natural follow-on from V1 rather than an alternative, because the two do not overlap. The buyer who already has the foundations package now wants the traffic one, and the pitch is simply that their customers will ask for this next. Same deal underneath: web design, coding, graphics, copy, funnel setup and hosting all handled.
