HIIT 2 Fit

The enemy here isn't laziness, it's boredom. Your customer doesn't hate exercise, they hate forty minutes on a treadmill going nowhere.

HIIT 2 Fit sells short and hard instead of long and dull, which is an easier sell than it sounds because it hands people back their evening. The nine-lesson video course runs through the essentials, fat loss, muscle gain, endurance, the common mistakes, diet and supplements, and the guide is written for someone with a career and a family rather than a training block.

Promote it to anyone who has told you they got bored of the gym, and to your busy professionals. The line that lands is that the workout is finished before a normal warm-up would have been. Keep the claims modest and let the time saving carry it.
