Burn That Fat

The customer for this one isn't a beginner. They used to be able to eat what they liked and it didn't show, and now it does. That shift is what they actually feel, and it's what your email should name.

Burn That Fat speaks to the person whose metabolism and energy have quietly dropped with age: tires early in a workout, gains weight easily, has stopped enjoying how their clothes fit. The guide covers fats, mindset, cardio, yoga, the foods to avoid and which supplements are worth bothering with, and an 8-lesson video course walks them through it.

What makes it an easy sell is that it promises shorter sessions rather than harder ones, which is exactly what a tired forty-something wants to hear. Promote it to your older subscribers and your general health list, and lead with energy rather than weight.
